If you own and/or carry, it's a pretty good idea to read it
Title 46, Chapter 790

Does anyone know the laws on carrying in a purse? My wife carries everywhere she goes (that is allowed), and it stays in her purse. We are both licensed, but nowhere in the statutes (that I can find) does it specify about purse carry. Anyone seen anything on this? Thanks!

A purse is no different than carrying on you any other way. The statutes define "carrying" as "On or about the person".

Since this thread is a sticky, it's also a good idea to buy a copy of this... and READ it.
It isn't specific to concealed carry, but if you have a license, it's especially worthwhile.
