California is open carry, but you can't open carry a loaded gun. Can't be a mag in it, or a round in the chamber.

I'm sure theres a proverb along the lines of 'A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.' However, sometimes these guys don't do the cause any favors. Just because something is legal, doesn't mean it's a good idea. Their answer should have been as to why they were doing this should have been "Because California rarly issues CCWs" or words to that effect in addition to the ever-so-predicable "because it's my right". _________________

The more I read up on this issue, the more it makes me realize how irrelevant the Brady Campaign is becoming. Attacking Starbucks is literally all they have right now, to keep their name in the news.
